Our clients bought a Victorian property with a 'cowboy builders' non-functional kitchen extension done before. They came to us to explore what can be done to improve it. The results have been beyond anything they could expect.
The main structure was retained, and the new design included a new sliding door, more thermal insulation, new flooring and new burnt wood cladding.
The garden access and use was improved, adding new steps and two bespoke seating elements to increase the convivial space outside.
The rest of the house have been upgraded with new bespoke built-in furnitures and the new floor and new wooden sash window installed.
